2008-01-28[PPC] Remove 85xx from arch/ppcKumar Gala1-303/+0
85xx exists in arch/powerpc as well as cuImage support to boot from a u-boot that doesn't support device trees. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
2006-11-13[PATCH] Slight refactor of interrupt mapping for FSL partsAndy Fleming1-2/+2
* Cleaned up interrupt mapping a little by adding a helper function which parses the irq out of the device-tree, and puts it into a resource. * Changed the arch/ppc platform files to specify PHY_POLL, instead of -1 * Changed the fixed phy to use PHY_IGNORE_INTERRUPT * Added ethtool.h and mii.h to phy.h includes Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
2006-10-07[POWERPC] Fix up after irq changesOlaf Hering1-3/+3
Remove struct pt_regs * from all handlers. Also remove the regs argument from get_irq() functions. Compile tested with arch/powerpc/config/* and arch/ppc/configs/prep_defconfig Signed-off-by: Olaf Hering <olaf@aepfle.de> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
2006-08-19[PATCH] ppc32: board-specific part of fs_enet updateVitaly Bordug1-0/+89
This contains board-specific portion to respect driver changes (for 8272ads , 885ads and 866ads). Altered platform_data structures as well as initial setup routines relevant to fs_enet. Changes to the mpc8560ads ppc/ code are also introduced, but mainly as reference, since the entire board support is going to appear in arch/powerpc. 2006-02-10[PATCH] powerpc: trivial: modify comments to refer to new location of filesJon Mason1-2/+0
This patch removes all self references and fixes references to files in the now defunct arch/ppc64 tree. I think this accomplises everything wanted, though there might be a few references I missed. Signed-off-by: Jon Mason <jdmason@us.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
2006-01-13[PATCH] powerpc: Updated platforms that use gianfar to match driverKumar Gala1-7/+4
The gianfar driver changed how it required MDIO bus and phy id's to be passed to it. Also, it no longer passes the physical address of the MDIO bus. Instead we have a proper platform device. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
2005-11-13[PATCH] Update email address for KumarKumar Gala1-1/+1

2005-06-25[PATCH] ppc32: Check return of ppc_sys_get_pdata before accessing pointerKumar Gala1-12/+16
Ensure that the returned pointer from ppc_sys_get_pdata is not NULL before we start using it. This handles any cases where we have variants of processors on the same board with different functionality.
