2007-10-01sh64: Tidy up includes for Cayman board.Paul Mundt1-9/+0
There were quite a few left over includes from code that was removed long ago, rip out the stuff we no longer need. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>

2006-09-12sh64: Trivial build fixes.Paul Mundt1-2/+4
While we've been sorting out the toolchain fiasco, some of the code has suffered a bit of bitrot. Building with GCC4 also brings up some more build warnings. Trivial fixes for both issues. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
