	.name, .match_table and .owner are duplicated in both of_platform_driver and device_driver. This patch is a removes the extra copies from struct of_platform_driver and converts all users to the device_driver members. This patch is a pretty mechanical change. The usage model doesn't change and if any drivers have been missed, or if anything has been fixed up incorrectly, then it will fail with a compile time error, and the fixup will be trivial. This patch looks big and scary because it touches so many files, but it should be pretty safe. 	commit ab772027 (sparc: arch/sparc/kernel/apc.c to unlocked_ioctl) added lock/unlock_kernel() to the apc ioctl code. The code needs no serialization at all. Neither put/get_user nor the read/write access to the sbus devices require it. Remove BKL. cycle_kernel_lock() was added during the big BKL pushdown. It should ensure the serializiation against driver init code. In this case there is nothing to serialize. Remove it as well. 	The latest mainline gives this section mismatch on sparc: The function __devinit apc_probe() references a variable __initdata apc_no_idle. If apc_no_idle is only used by apc_probe then annotate apc_no_idle with a matching annotation. Since the commit 7e7e2f035663c5ceb029bfb9d91e75099b0a5625, apc_probe() is on __devinit so we have to correct apc_no_idle which is referenced by this function. 	Many struct file_operations in the kernel can be "const". Marking them const moves these to the .rodata section, which avoids false sharing with potential dirty data. In addition it'll catch accidental writes at compile time to these shared resources. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
