	Commit cad6fade6e78 ("xtensa: clean up WSR/RSR/get_sr/set_sr") removed {RSR,WSR}_CPENABLE from xtensa code, but did not fix up all users, breaking gpio-xtensa driver build. Update gpio-xtensa to use new xtensa_{get,set}_sr API. 	It's hard for occasional GPIO code reader/writer to know if values 0/1 equal to IN or OUT. Use defined GPIO_LINE_DIRECTION_IN and GPIO_LINE_DIRECTION_OUT to help them out. NOTE - for gpio-amd-fch and gpio-bd9571mwv: This commit also changes the return value for direction get to equal 1 for direction INPUT. Prior this commit these drivers might have returned some other positive value but 1 for INPUT. 	In xtensa coprocessors may exist without coprocessor context, i.e. they cannot be disabled/enabled. In this case the RSR_CPENABLE/WSR_CPENABLE are undefined, thus breaking the build. Fix the build by adding dummy versions of enable_cp/disable_cp in this case. 	GPIO32 is a standard optional extension to the Xtensa architecture core that provides preconfigured output and input ports for intra SoC signaling. The GPIO32 option is implemented as 32bit Tensilica Instruction Extension (TIE) output state called EXPSTATE, and 32bit input wire called IMPWIRE.
