2013-01-03	Drivers: gpu: remove __dev* attributes.	Greg Kroah-Hartman	1	-2/+2
	CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. 	We need to merge this ahead of some of the cleanup because a lot of needed cleanup spans both new and old chips. If we try and clean up and the merge we end up fighting ourselves.
