Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which: - Have no license information of any form - Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial scan/conversion to ignore the file These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. 2013-01-03Drivers: ide: remove __dev* attributes.Greg Kroah-Hartman1-5/+6
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers. 2010-01-19cy82c693: fix PIO timings calculationsBartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz1-86/+20
Just use the standard ide_timing_compute() helper to calculate PIO timings. This fixes many issues with the open-coded version like using 16-bit timings when 8-bit ones should be used or not accounting for the enhanced cycle time specified by the device.
