In ancient times it was necessary to manually initialize the bus field of an spi_driver to spi_bus_type. These days this is done in spi_driver_register(), so we can drop the manual assignment. There is a move to deprecate bus-specific PM operations and move to using dev_pm_ops instead in order to reduce the amount of boilerplate code in buses and facilitate updates to the PM core.
