	A common pattern with skb_put() is to just want to memcpy() some data into the new space, introduce skb_put_data() for this. 	Avoid unneeded local string buffers for constructing debug output. Also cleans up debug calls that contain a single parameter so that they cannot be accidentally parsed as format strings. 2012-02-21	isdn: whitespace coding style cleanup	Joe Perches	1	-24/+24
	isdn source code uses a not-current coding style. Update the coding style used on a per-line basis so that git diff -w shows only elided blank lines at EOF. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
