2016-09-12ethernet: amd: use IS_ENABLED() instead of checking for built-in or moduleJavier Martinez Canillas1-1/+1
The IS_ENABLED() macro checks if a Kconfig symbol has been enabled either built-in or as a module, use that macro instead of open coding the same. Using the macro makes the code more readable by helping abstract away some of the Kconfig built-in and module enable details. Add a protocol argument to the VLAN packet tagging functions. In case of HW tagging, we need that protocol available in the ndo_start_xmit functions, so it is stored in a new field in the skb. The function amd8111e_probe_one() return 0 for success and negative value for most of its internal tests failures. There are two exceptions that are error cases going to err_free_reg:. For this two cases, the function abort its success execution path, but returns non negative value, making it dificult for a caller function to notice the error. This patch fixes the error cases that do not return negative values. This was found by Coccinelle, but the code change was made by hand. This patch is not robot generated.
