2012-12-07	drivers/net: fix up function prototypes after __dev* removals	Greg Kroah-Hartman	1	-2/+1
	The __dev* removal patches for the network drivers ended up messing up the function prototypes for a bunch of drivers. This patch fixes all of them back up to be properly aligned. 	At this point the variable j is always set to 7 and the code within the loop has to run only once anyway. As suggested by David Miller: "You can simply this even further since p[7] is what is used here, and this means len is one, the inner loop therefore executes only once, and the p[7].field value is not used (it's zero in the table) and the write to it is completely thrown away." 2011-09-15	MII: fix Kconfig dependencies for MII	Jeff Kirsher	1	-0/+1
	MII Kconfig option is apart of the core networking drivers and by default NET_CORE is enabled so drivers selecting MII will have MII enabled as well. It was found using the randconfig option during testing, MII would be selected but NET_CORE could be disabled. This caused a dependency error. Resolved the dependency by selecting NET_CORE when MII is selected.
