2017-01-01qed*: Update to dual-licenseMintz, Yuval1-0/+32
Since the submission of the qedr driver, there's inconsistency in the licensing of the various qed/qede files - some are GPLv2 and some are dual-license. This patch adds the functionality and APIs needed for selftests. It adds the ability to configure the link-mode which is required for the implementation of loopback tests. It adds the APIs for clock test, register test, interrupt test and memory test.
