alloc_etherdev has a generic OOM/unable to alloc message.
Remove the duplicative messages after alloc_etherdev calls.

This patch converts the drivers in drivers/net/ethernet/* to use the
module_platform_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.
