2010-03-06bitops: rename for_each_bit() to for_each_set_bit()Akinobu Mita1-1/+1
Rename for_each_bit to for_each_set_bit in the kernel source tree. To permit for_each_clear_bit(), should that ever be added. The patch includes a macro to map the old for_each_bit() onto the new for_each_set_bit(). This is a (very) temporary thing to ease the migration. When the VF driver gets a control message from the PF that indicates the PF is about to reset or go down we schedule the watchdog timer so that it will detect the PF has gone offline and take appropriate action. The 82599 virtual function device and the master 82599 physical function device implement a mailbox utility for communication between the devices using some SRAM scratch memory and a doorbell/answering mechanism enabled via interrupt and/or polling. This C module and accompanying header file implement the base functions for use of this feature.
