Without CONFIG_HERMES_PRISM, only match cards that have "Version 01.01"
as the third product ID. Those have Agere firmware.
With CONFIG_HERMES_PRISM, match all 0x0156:0x0002 cards.

A lot of drivers erroneously use wext constants
and don't notice since cfg80211.h includes them.
Make this more split up so drivers needing wext
compatibility from cfg80211 need to explicitly
include that from cfg80211-wext.h.

On hardware busy the scan request pointer should be cleared, as higher
levels will release. This avoids a crash when that pointer is
erroneously used later.

Enable the port when disabling countermeasures, and disable it on
enabling countermeasures.
This bug causes the response of the system to certain attacks to be
ineffective.
It also prevents wpa_supplicant from getting scan results, as
wpa_supplicant disables countermeasures on startup - preventing the
hardware from scanning.
wpa_supplicant works with ap_mode=2 despite this bug because the commit
handler re-enables the port.
The log tends to look like:

In these situations, you are usually trying to connect to a new AP, so
keeping TKIP countermeasures active is confusing. This is already how
the driver behaves (inadvertently). However, querying SIOCGIWAUTH may
tell userspace that countermeasures are active when they aren't.
Clear the setting so that the reporting matches what the driver has
done..

The interrupt handler takes a lock - but since commit bcad6e80f3f this
lock goes through an indirection specified in the hermes_t structure.
We must therefore initialise the structure before setting up the
interrupt handler.

The card doesn't support MFP, so silently accept DISABLED and OPTIONAL
settings.
This avoids the following failure in wpa_supplicant logs:

What's worse than no comment? A wrong comment.
Several PCMCIA device drivers contained the same comments, which
were based on how the PCMCIA subsystem worked in the old days of 2.4.,
and which were originally part of a "dummy_cs" driver. These comments
no longer matched at all what is happening now, and therefore should
be removed.

When CONF_AUTO_SET_IO or CONF_AUTO_SET_IOMEM are set, the corresponding
fields in struct pcmcia_device *p_dev->resource[0,1,2] are set
accordinly. Drivers wishing to override certain settings may do so in
the callback function, but they no longer need to parse the CIS entries
stored in cistpl_cftable_entry_t themselves.

pcmcia_loop_config(), instead of copying the same code over and over
in each PCMCIA driver. At first, introduce the following options:

pcmcia_enable_device() now replaces pcmcia_request_configuration().
Instead of config_req_t, all necessary flags are either passed as
a parameter to pcmcia_enable_device(), or (in rare circumstances)
set in struct pcmcia_device -> flags.
With the last remaining user of include/pcmcia/cs.h gone, remove
all references.

IntType was only set to INT_MEMORY (driver pcmciamtd) or INT_MEMORY_AND_IO
(all other drivers). As this flags seems to relate to ioport access, make
it conditional to the driver having requested IO port access. There are two
drivers which do not request IO ports, but did set INT_MEMORY_AND_IO:
ray_cs and b43. For those, we consistently only set INT_MEMORY in future.

Instead of io_req_t, drivers are now requested to fill out
struct pcmcia_device *p_dev->resource[0,1] for up to two ioport
ranges. After a call to pcmcia_request_io(), the ports found there
are reserved, after calling pcmcia_request_configuration(), they may
be used.

Smatch complains that "upriv->read_urb" gets dereferenced before
checking for NULL. It turns out that it's possible for
"upriv->read_urb" to be NULL so I added checks around the dereferences.
Also I remove an "if (upriv->bap_buf != NULL)" check because
"kfree(NULL) is OK.

Grant patches added an of mach table to struct device_driver. However,
while he changed the macio device code to use that, he left the match
table pointer in struct macio_driver and didn't update drivers to use
the "new" one, thus breaking the probing.
This completes the change by moving all drivers to setup the "new"
one, removing all traces of the old one, and while at it (since it
changes the exact same locations), I also remove two other duplicates
from struct driver which are the name and owner fields.

Fix up various conflicts with pcmcia tree drivers/net/
{pcmcia/3c589_cs.c, wireless/orinoco/orinoco_cs.c and
wireless/orinoco/spectrum_cs.c} and feature removal
(Documentation/feature-removal-schedule.txt).
Also fix a non-content conflict due to pm_qos_requirement getting
renamed in the PM tree (now pm_qos_request) in net/mac80211/scan.c
