pci_walk_bus has a race with pci_destroy_dev. When cb is called
in pci_walk_bus, pci_destroy_dev might unlink the dev pointed by next.
Later on in the next loop, pointer next becomes NULL and cause
kernel panic.
Below patch against 2.6.17-rc4 fixes it by changing pci_bus_lock (spin_lock)
to pci_bus_sem (rw_semaphore).

This patch (as659) fixes a might_sleep problem in the PCI core, by moving
a call to pci_dev_put() outside the scope of a spinlock.

The pci_find_next_bus function is listed as being exported to drivers. It is
not EXPORT_SYMBOL'd.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
