	pwmchip_remove() returns always 0. Don't use the value to make it possible to eventually change the function to return void. Also the driver core ignores the return value of brcmstb_pwm_remove(). 	Since commit 5e5da1e9fbee ("pwm: ab8500: Explicitly allocate pwm chip base dynamically") all drivers use dynamic ID allocation explicitly. New drivers are supposed to do the same, so remove support for driver specified base IDs and drop all assignments in the low-level drivers. 	The change fixes potential oops while accessing iomem on invalid address if devm_ioremap_resource() fails due to some reason. The devm_ioremap_resource() function returns ERR_PTR() and never returns NULL, which makes useless a following check for NULL. 	Add support for the BCM7038-style PWM controller found in all BCM7xxx STB SoCs. This controller has a hardcoded 2 channels per controller, and cascades a variable frequency generator on top of a fixed frequency generator which offers a range of a 148ns period all the way to ~622ms periods.
