	I introduced this way back in 2.6.13 when adding the port lock logic. This device talks out through different "ports" all at the same time, so the lock logic was wrong, preventing any data from ever being sent properly. 	This lets drivers, like the usb-serial ones, disable the ability to add ids from sysfs. The usb-serial drivers are "odd" in that they are really usb-serial bus drivers, not usb bus drivers, so the dynamic id logic will have to go into the usb-serial bus core for those drivers to get that ability. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
