Mostly signedness fixes. nv10_sim_state existence in both drivers suggests
that one of them should be removed, but that's for later.

Mark variables in drivers/* with uninitialized_var() if such a warning
appears, and analysis proves that the var is initialized properly on all
paths it is used.

aty128fb: return an error in the unlikely event that we cannot calculate
some key PLL info
rivafb:
* call CalcStateExt() directly, rather than via function pointers, since
CalcStateExt() is the only value ever assigned to ->CalcStateExt().
* propagate error return back from CalcVClock() through callers

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
