This patch series introduces and extends several userspace commands
used with netlink protocol.
Touch block command allows to write data and return sampled data to
the userspace.
Extended search and alarm seach commands to return list of slave
devices found during given search.
List masters command allows to send all registered master IDs to the
userspace.
Great thanks to Paul Alfille (owfs) who
tested this implementation and wrote w1-to-network daemon
http://sourceforge.net/projects/w1repeater/ and
Frederik Deweerdt and Randy Dunlap for review.
This patch:
Returns list of registered bus master devices.

There are three types of messages between w1 core and userspace:
1. Events. They are generated each time new master or slave device found
either due to automatic or requested search.
2. Userspace commands. Includes read/write and search/alarm search comamnds.
3. Replies to userspace commands.

They are guarded with NETLINK_DISABLE compile time options,
so if CONFIG_NET is disabled, no linking errors occur.

- white space changes.
- list_for_each_entry/list_for_each_entry_safe and reverse changes.
- small coding style changes.
- removed redundant NULL checks.
- use attribute group and macros instead of direct device attributes.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
