There is no real reason why this list needs to be kept ordered by
the driver-provided quality value -- a value which is set only by
a handful of hw_random devices anyway.

Add support for HW QAT Power Management (PM) feature.
This feature is enabled at init time (1) by sending an admin message to
the firmware, targeting the admin AE, that sets the idle time before
the device changes state and (2) by unmasking the PM source of interrupt
in ERRMSK2.
The interrupt handler is extended to handle a PM interrupt which
is triggered by HW when a PM transition occurs. In this case, the
driver responds acknowledging the transaction using the HOST_MSG
mailbox.

XTE_MAX_JUMBO_FRAME_SIZE is over 9000 bytes and the default value for
'rx_bd_num' is RX_BD_NUM_DEFAULT (i.e. 1024)
So this loop allocates more than 9 Mo of memory.
Previous memory allocations in this function already use GFP_KERNEL, so
use __netdev_alloc_skb_ip_align() and an explicit GFP_KERNEL instead of a

The mmc0 clock gate bit was mistakenly assigned to "i2s" clock.
You can find that the same bit is assigned to "mmc0" too.
It leads to mmc0 hang for a long time after any sound activity
also it prevented PM_SLEEP to work properly.
I guess it was introduced by copy-paste from jz4740 driver
where it is really controls I2S clock gate.

Just like in commit 05cf3ec00d46 ("clk: qcom: gcc-msm8996: Drop (again)
gcc_aggre1_pnoc_ahb_clk") adding NoC clocks turned out to be a huge
mistake, as they cause a lot of issues at little benefit (basically
letting Linux know about their children's frequencies), especially when
mishandled or misconfigured.
Adding these ones broke SDCC approx 99 out of 100 times, but that somehow
went unnoticed. To prevent further issues like this one, remove them.
This commit is effectively a revert of 74a33fac3aab ("clk: qcom:

An endpoint can be unregistered via two paths. Either its parent port is
unregistered, or the memdev that registered the endpoint is removed. The
memdev remove path is responsible for synchronizing against the parent
->remove() event and if the memdev remove path wins, manually trigger
unregister_port() via devm_release_action(). Until that race is resolved
the memdev remove path holds a reference on the endpoint.
If the parent port for the endpoint can not be found that is an
indication that the endpoint has already been registered. Be sure to
drop the reference in all exit paths from delete_endpoint().

Registers that belong to the shared render/compute reset domain need to
be placed on an engine workaround list to ensure that they are properly
re-applied whenever any RCS or CCS engine is reset, even if the
registers do not belong to a specific engine's MMIO range. We have a
number of workarounds today that are incorrectly implemented on the 'gt'
workaround list and need to be moved accordingly. We also have one
workaround (Wa_22012532006) that is incorrectly implemented on the
context workaround list, even though the register it is adjusting is not
part of the RCS engine's context image; it must also be moved.
We'll have some workaround refactoring coming in the near future that
deals with registers in the reset domain in a more clear way. But in
the meantime, we should just move these workarounds to
rcs_engine_wa_init() to place them on the RCS engine's workaround list.
All production DG2 platforms will have an RCS engine (it's never fused
off) so these registers will be properly restored after a domain reset
triggered via an RCS engine _or_ a CCS engine.

Evaluating `pcie_aspm_enabled` as part of driver probe has the implication
that if one PCIe bridge with an AMD GPU connected doesn't support ASPM
then none of them do. This is an invalid assumption as the PCIe core will
configure ASPM for individual PCIe bridges.
Create a new helper function that can be called by individual dGPUs to
react to the `amdgpu_aspm` module parameter without having negative results
for other dGPUs on the PCIe bus.

commit 0064b0ce85bb ("drm/amd/pm: enable ASPM by default") enabled ASPM
by default but a variety of hardware configurations it turns out that this
caused a regression.
* PPC64LE hardware does not support ASPM at a hardware level.
CONFIG_PCIEASPM is often disabled on these architectures.
* Some dGPUs on ALD platforms don't work with ASPM enabled and PCIe subsystem
disables it
Check with the PCIe subsystem to see that ASPM has been enabled
or not.

1. Define amdgpu_ras_block_late_init_default in amdgpu_ras.c as
.ras_late_init common function, which is called when
.ras_late_init of ras block isn't initialized.
2. Remove the code of using amdgpu_ras_block_late_init to
initialize .ras_late_init in ras blocks.
