	libffi in GCC 4.2 needs cachectl.h to do its cache flushing. But we don't currently export it. I believe this patch should do the trick. 2006-06-18	Add empty Kbuild files for 'make headers_install' in remaining arches.	David Woodhouse	1	-0/+1
