	IRQ flags can be obtained from resource structure, there are no need to use additional field in the platform_data to store these values. This patch removes this field and convert existing users of this driver to use IRQ flags from the resources. 	CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit from some include files that were previously missed. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. 	Make it possible to pass mbus_dram_target_info to the sata_mv driver via the platform data, make the sata_mv driver program the window registers based on this data if it is passed in, and make the Orion platform setup code use this method instead of programming the SATA mbus window registers by hand.
