2006-09-06[PATCH] Move linux/device.h include in linux/atmdev.h to #ifdef __KERNEL__ sectionIsmail Donmez1-1/+1
linux/device.h header is not included in the David Woodhouse's kernel-headers git tree which is used for userspace kernel headers. Which results in compile errors when building iproute2. Attached patch moves linux/device.h include under the #ifdef __KERNEL__ section. 2005-11-29[ATM]: deregistration removes device from atm_devs list immediatelyStanislaw Gruszka1-7/+7
atm_dev_deregister() removes device from atm_dev list immediately to prevent operations on a phantom device. Decision to free device based only on ->refcnt now. Remove shutdown_atm_dev() use atm_dev_deregister() instead. atm_dev_deregister() also asynchronously releases all vccs related to device. 2005-10-08[PATCH] gfp flags annotations - part 1Al Viro1-1/+1
- added typedef unsigned int __nocast gfp_t; - replaced __nocast uses for gfp flags with gfp_t - it gives exactly the same warnings as far as sparse is concerned, doesn't change generated code (from gcc point of view we replaced unsigned int with typedef) and documents what's going on far better. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
