2005-11-06	[PATCH] kbuild: permanently fix kernel configuration include mess	Russell King	1	-1/+3
	Include autoconf.h into every kernel compilation via the gcc command line using -imacros. This ensures that we have the kernel configuration included from the start, rather than relying on each file having #include <linux/config.h> as appropriate. History has shown that this is something which is difficult to get right. Since we now include the kernel configuration automatically, make configcheck becomes meaningless, so remove it. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
