If this module can't load, it is almost certainly because something else
is already bound to that SAP. So in that case, return the same error code
as other SAP usage, and fail the module load.
Also fixes a compiler warning about printk of non const.

Clean up the various different email addresses of mine listed in the code
to a single current and valid address. As Dave says his network merges
for 2.6.28 are now done this seems a good point to send them in where
they won't risk disrupting real changes.

All uses of list_for_each_rcu() can be profitably replaced by the
easier-to-use list_for_each_entry_rcu(). This patch makes this change for
networking, in preparation for removing the list_for_each_rcu() API
entirely.

Move rcu-protected lists from list.h into a new header file rculist.h.
This is done because list are a very used primitive structure all over the
kernel and it's currently impossible to include other header files in this
list.h without creating some circular dependencies.
For example, list.h implements rcu-protected list and uses rcu_dereference()
without including rcupdate.h. It actually compiles because users of
rcu_dereference() are macros. Others RCU functions could be used too but
aren't probably because of this.
Therefore this patch creates rculist.h which includes rcupdates without to
many changes/troubles.

The snap_rcv code reads 5 bytes so we should make sure that
we have 5 bytes in the head before proceeding.
Based on diagnosis and fix by Evgeniy Polyakov, reported by
Alan J. Wylie.
Patch also kills the skb->sk assignment before kfree_skb
since it's redundant.

Renaming skb->h to skb->transport_header, skb->nh to skb->network_header and
skb->mac to skb->mac_header, to match the names of the associated helpers
(skb[_[re]set]_{transport,network,mac}_header).

For the places where we need a pointer to the transport header, it is
still legal to touch skb->h.raw directly if just adding to,
subtracting from or setting it to another layer header.

We're now starting to have quite a number of places that do skb_pull
followed immediately by an skb_postpull_rcsum. We can merge these two
operations into one function with skb_pull_rcsum. This makes sense
since most pull operations on receive skb's need to update the
checksum.
I've decided to make this out-of-line since it is fairly big and the
fast path where hardware checksums are enabled need to call
csum_partial anyway.
Since this is a brand new function we get to add an extra check on the
len argument. As it is most callers of skb_pull ignore its return
value which essentially means that there is no check on the len
argument.

The SNAP code pops off it's 5 byte header, but doesn't adjust
the checksum. This would cause problems when using device that
does IP over SNAP and hardware receive checksums.

Bonding just wants the device before the skb_bond()
decapsulation occurs, so simply pass that original
device into packet_type->func() as an argument.
It remains to be seen whether we can use this same
exact thing to get rid of skb->input_dev as well.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
