	Several files refer to an old address for the Free Software Foundation in the file header comment. Resolve by replacing the address with the URL <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/> so that we do not have to keep updating the header comments anytime the address changes. 2013-06-14	NFC: llcp: Fix non blocking sockets connections	Samuel Ortiz	1	-0/+1
	Without the new LLCP_CONNECTING state, non blocking sockets will be woken up with a POLLHUP right after calling connect() because their state is stuck at LLCP_CLOSED. 	This patch keeps the socket alive and therefore does not remove it from the sockets list in the local until the DISC PDU has been actually sent.
