2008-01-28[PKT_SCHED] dsmark: get rid of wrappersStephen Hemminger1-49/+34
Remove extraneous macro wrappers for printk and qdisc_priv. Signed-off-by: Stephen Hemminger <shemminger@vyatta.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2008-01-28[NET]: Move Qdisc_class_ops and Qdisc_ops in appropriate sections.Eric Dumazet1-2/+2
Qdisc_class_ops are const, and Qdisc_ops are mostly read. Using "const" and "__read_mostly" qualifiers helps to reduce false sharing. Signed-off-by: Eric Dumazet <dada1@cosmosbay.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2007-07-15[NET_SCHED]: Kill CONFIG_NET_CLS_POLICEPatrick McHardy1-12/+1
The NET_CLS_ACT option is now a full replacement for NET_CLS_POLICE, remove the old code. The config option will be kept around to select the equivalent NET_CLS_ACT options for a short time to allow easier upgrades. Signed-off-by: Patrick McHardy <kaber@trash.net> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2007-07-15[NET_SCHED]: sch_dsmark: act_api supportPatrick McHardy1-16/+25
Handle act_api classification results. Signed-off-by: Patrick McHardy <kaber@trash.net> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

2007-04-25[NET]: cleanup extra semicolonsStephen Hemminger1-3/+3
Spring cleaning time... There seems to be a lot of places in the network code that have extra bogus semicolons after conditionals. Most commonly is a bogus semicolon after: switch() { } Signed-off-by: Stephen Hemminger <shemminger@linux-foundation.org> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2007-04-25[NET_SCHED]: Unline tcf_destroyPatrick McHardy1-7/+1
Uninline tcf_destroy and add a helper function to destroy an entire filter chain. Signed-off-by: Patrick McHardy <kaber@trash.net> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2007-04-25[SK_BUFF]: Introduce ipv6_hdr(), remove skb->nh.ipv6hArnaldo Carvalho de Melo1-2/+2
Now the skb->nh union has just one member, .raw, i.e. it is just like the skb->mac union, strange, no? I'm just leaving it like that till the transport layer is done with, when we'll rename skb->mac.raw to skb->mac_header (or ->mac_header_offset?), ditto for ->{h,nh}. Signed-off-by: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <acme@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

2006-12-02[NET_SCHED]: Fix endless loops (part 2): "simple" qdiscsPatrick McHardy1-1/+1
Convert the "simple" qdiscs to use qdisc_tree_decrease_qlen() where necessary: - all graft operations - destruction of old child qdiscs in prio, red and tbf change operation - purging of queue in sfq change operation Signed-off-by: Patrick McHardy <kaber@trash.net> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2006-12-02[NET_SCHED]: Set parent classid in default qdiscsPatrick McHardy1-2/+3
Set parent classids in default qdiscs to allow walking up the tree from outside the qdiscs. This is needed by the next patch. Signed-off-by: Patrick McHardy <kaber@trash.net> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

2005-04-16Linux-2.6.12-rc2Linus Torvalds1-0/+479
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
