	Add a rq_sendfile_ok flag to svc_rqst which will be cleared in the privacy case so that the wrapping code will get copies of the read data instead of real page cache pages. 2005-11-07	[PATCH] knfsd: make sure svc_process call the correct pg_authenticate for multi-service port	NeilBrown	1	-5/+7
	If an RPC socket is serving multiple programs, then the pg_authenticate of the first program in the list is called, instead of pg_authenticate for the program to be run. This does not cause a problem with any programs in the current kernel, but could confuse future code. Also set pg_authenticate for nfsd_acl_program incase it ever gets used. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
