2006-04-21[PATCH] powerpc: fix oops in alsa powermac driverBenjamin Herrenschmidt1-1/+1
This fixes an oops in 2.6.16.X when loading the snd_powermac module. The name of the requested module changed during the 2.6.16 development cycle from i2c-keylargo to i2c-powermac. 2006-03-23[PATCH] I2C: Drop unneeded i2c-dev.h includesJean Delvare1-1/+0
Several media/video and sound drivers include i2c-dev.h while they don't need it at all. Clean it up. This header file is really only needed by i2c-dev.c and compat_ioctl.c, other drivers should never need it. 2005-06-27[PATCH] ppc32: Remove CONFIG_PMAC_PBOOKBenjamin Herrenschmidt1-3/+3
This patch removes CONFIG_PMAC_PBOOK (PowerBook support). This is now split into CONFIG_PMAC_MEDIABAY for the actual hotswap bay that some powerbooks have, CONFIG_PM for power management related code, and just left out of any CONFIG_* option for some generally useful stuff that can be used on non-laptops as well. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
