	get rid of input BIT* duplicate defines use newly global defined macros for input layer. Also remove includes of input.h from non-input sources only for BIT macro definiton. Define the macro temporarily in local manner, all those local definitons will be removed further in this patchset (to not break bisecting). 	input_free_device()'s comment says: input_free_device() should only be used if input_register_device() was not called yet or if it failed. Once device was registered use input_unregister_device() and memory will be freed once last refrence to the device is dropped.
