2010-08-25perf hists: Fix hist_entry__init_have_childrenArnaldo Carvalho de Melo1-0/+1
It wasn't setting the ms.has_children for the hist_entry itself, just for the callchain Cc: Frederic Weisbecker <fweisbec@gmail.com> Cc: Mike Galbraith <efault@gmx.de> Cc: Peter Zijlstra <peterz@infradead.org> Cc: Stephane Eranian <eranian@google.com> LKML-Reference: <new-submission> Signed-off-by: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <acme@redhat.com>
2010-08-19perf ui browser: Add routines to compactly specify exit keysArnaldo Carvalho de Melo1-10/+3
This makes the usual idiom for specifying a series of key codes to exit ui_browser__run() for specialized processing (search, annotate, etc) or plain exiting the browser more compact. It also abstracts away some more libnewt operations. At some point we'll also replace NEWT_KEY_foo with something that can be mapped to NEWT or, say, gtk. 2010-08-19perf ui browser: Return the exit key in all browsersArnaldo Carvalho de Melo1-74/+58
Make all browsers return the exit key uniformly and remove the newtExitStruct parameter, removing one more newt specific thing from the ui API. 2010-08-19perf ui browser: Abstract some more slang operationsArnaldo Carvalho de Melo1-6/+6
Browsers don't have to deal with absolute coordinates, just using (row, column) and leaving the rest to ui_browser is better and removes one more UI backend detail from the browsers. Also shorten the percent_color setting idiom, removing some more direct libslang calls. 2010-08-10perf ui hist browser: Fixup key bindingsArnaldo Carvalho de Melo1-8/+7

2010-08-10perf ui browser: Add ui_browser__show counterpart: __hideArnaldo Carvalho de Melo1-1/+4
So that the common tasks of providing a helpline at __run entry and destroying the window and releasing resourses at exit can be abstracted away, reducing a bit more the coupling with libnewt.
