ABS_MISC event is required for PAD packet to work properly with xf86-input-wacom. Otherwise, there can be unfinished touch events compete with pen events. This idea has been fully implemented for Tablet PCs. But other tablets that support both pen and touch are not fully considered. Change the condition to make it clear that what we need is wacom->shared not NULL.
