From 86935fc4ee4d95efe01b6c91cd5143fa4c38c02b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Rusty Russell Date: Mon, 22 Apr 2013 14:10:41 +0930 Subject: lguest: map Switcher text whenever we allocate a new pagetable. It's always to same, so no need to put in the PTE every time we're about to run. Keep a flag to track whether the pagetable has the Switcher entries allocated, and when allocating always initialize the Switcher text PTE.
