From 2d07a49aded490a0a4a2748e64030a0f59b6b8be Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Xin Long Date: Fri, 15 Dec 2017 00:41:25 +0800 Subject: sctp: add basic structures and make chunk function for ifwdtsn sctp_ifwdtsn_skip, sctp_ifwdtsn_hdr and sctp_ifwdtsn_chunk are used to define and parse I-FWD TSN chunk format, and sctp_make_ifwdtsn is a function to build the chunk.
