From 083792f368b8ceea7ae035b6641e9cef3aceb366 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Huang Rui Date: Tue, 22 Feb 2022 23:34:19 +0800 Subject: cpupower: Initial AMD P-State capability If kernel starts the AMD P-State module, the cpupower will initial the capability flag as CPUPOWER_CAP_AMD_PSTATE. And once AMD P-State capability is set, it won't need to set legacy ACPI relative capabilities anymore.
