Device-Tree bindings for hdmiddc driver

Required properties:
- compatible: value should be one of the following
	1) "samsung,exynos5-hdmiddc" <DEPRECATED>
	2) "samsung,exynos4210-hdmiddc"

- reg: I2C address of the hdmiddc device.
