Remove validate_constant_table() since:

- It has no caller.

- It has below 3 bugs for good constant table array array[] which must
  end with a empty entry, and take below invocation for explaination:
  validate_constant_table(array, ARRAY_SIZE(array), ...)

  - Always return wrong value due to the last empty entry.
  - Imprecise error message for missorted case.
  - Potential NULL pointer dereference since the last pr_err() may use
    @tbl[i].name NULL pointer to print the last empty entry's name.

Delete macro fsparam_u32hex() since:

- it has no caller.

- it uses as type @fs_param_is_u32_hex which is never defined, so will
  cause compile error when caller uses it.

Here is the patch which uses existing constant table:

Currently, when using bcachefs-tools to set options, bool-type options
can only accept 1 or 0. Add support for accepting true/false and yes/no
for these options.

<title>fs_parse: add uid &amp; gid option option parsing helpers</title>

Multiple filesystems take uid and gid as options, and the code to
create the ID from an integer and validate it is standard boilerplate
that can be moved into common helper functions, so do that for
consistency and less cut&amp;paste.

This also helps avoid the buggy pattern noted by Seth Jenkins at
https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/CALxfFW4BXhEwxR0Q5LSkg-8Vb4r2MONKCcUCVioehXQKr35eHg@mail.gmail.com/
because uid/gid parsing will fail before any assignment in most
filesystems.

Since both ext4 and overlayfs define the same macro to specify string
parameters that may allow empty values, define it in an header file so
that this helper can be shared.

Before the commit 461c3af045d3 ("ext4: Change handle_mount_opt() to use
fs_parameter") ext4 mount option journal_path did follow links in the
provided path.

Bring this behavior back by allowing to pass pathwalk flags to
fs_lookup_param().
