Generated files are also checked by sparse that's why add newline to remove sparse (C=1) warning. sparc32: use per-device dma_ops

sparc32 is the last platform making dynamic decisions in get_arch_dma_ops based on the bus passed in. Instead set the iommu dma_ops at iommu probing and propagate them in of_propagate_archdata, falling back to the NULL ops for the direct mapping in the Leon or PCI case. sparc: Replace cpu_up/down() with add/remove_cpu()

The core device API performs extra housekeeping bits that are missing from directly calling cpu_up/down(). See commit a6717c01ddc2 ("powerpc/rtas: use device model APIs and serialization during LPM") for an example description of what might go wrong.
