drivers/block: Move PARIDE protocol modules to drivers/ata/pata_parport

Move PARIDE protocol modules out of drivers/block into drivers/ata/pata_parport and update the CONFIG_ symbol names to PATA_PARPORT. [Damien] The pata_parport driver file itsef is also moved together with the protocol modules in drivers/ata/pata_parport. [PATCH] paride_register(): shuffle return values

paride_register() returns 1 on success, 0 on failure and module init code looks like static int __init foo_init(void) { return paride_register(&foo) - 1; } which is not what one get used to. Converted to usual 0/-E convention. In case of kbic driver, unwind registration. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
