Pull yet more SPDX updates from Greg KH: "Here is another set of reviewed patches that adds SPDX tags to different kernel files, based on a set of rules that are being used to parse the comments to try to determine that the license of the file is "GPL-2.0-or-later" or "GPL-2.0-only". Only the "obvious" versions of these matches are included here, a number of "non-obvious" variants of text have been found but those have been postponed for later review and analysis. There is also a patch in here to add the proper SPDX header to a bunch of Kbuild files that we have missed in the past due to new files being added and forgetting that Kbuild uses two different file names for Makefiles. This issue was reported by the Kbuild maintainer. mISDN: make sure device name is NUL terminated

The user can change the device_name with the IMSETDEVNAME ioctl, but we need to ensure that the user's name is NUL terminated. Otherwise it could result in a buffer overflow when we copy the name back to the user with IMGETDEVINFO ioctl. I also changed two strcpy() calls which handle the name to strscpy(). socket: Use old_timeval types for socket timestamps

As part of y2038 solution, all internal uses of struct timeval are replaced by struct __kernel_old_timeval and struct compat_timeval by struct old_timeval32. Make socket timestamps use these new types. This is mainly to be able to verify that the kernel build is y2038 safe when such non y2038 safe types are not supported anymore. Revert changes to convert to ->poll_mask() and aio IOCB_CMD_POLL

The poll() changes were not well thought out, and completely unexplained. They also caused a huge performance regression, because "->poll()" was no longer a trivial file operation that just called down to the underlying file operations, but instead did at least two indirect calls. Indirect calls are sadly slow now with the Spectre mitigation, but the performance problem could at least be largely mitigated by changing the "->get_poll_head()" operation to just have a per-file-descriptor pointer to the poll head instead. That gets rid of one of the new indirections. But that doesn't fix the new complexity that is completely unwarranted for the regular case. The (undocumented) reason for the poll() changes was some alleged AIO poll race fixing, but we don't make the common case slower and more complex for some uncommon special case, so this all really needs way more explanations and most likely a fundamental redesign.
