out_free_buffer_pools reuses open()'s loop index for the TX LTB
walk. After the pool unwind i is -1, so the TX buffers allocated
earlier are leaked. request_irq() failure has the same leak.

The TX-fail goto on that walk also skips dma_unmap of the filter
list (pre-existing since the LTB was added). Rewrite the TX walk
to real_num_tx_queues with a pointer check, and unmap the filter
list before those frees.

ibmveth_open() registers the logical LAN, then allocates the RX
buffer pools. A pool failure jumps to out_free_buffer_pools without
h_free_logical_lan(), so PHYP still owns the buffer-list page when
it is unmapped. request_irq() failure already issued the hypercall
before taking the same label.

Move that h_free to the shared post-register unwind so both paths
deregister before the buffer list is unmapped.

This bug showed up starting with v7.3-rc1. At the NIP in
phy_link_topo_add_phy() is a netdev_need_ops_lock() check.
This was added by the following
commit ded86da4bbb7 ("net: ethtool: relax ethnl_req_get_phydev() locking assertion")

The bug shows up because at the time of_phy_connect() was called, the
netdev_ops were *not yet* determined. My fix is to move the code that
sets netdev_ops+commac.ops+ethtool_ops further up as emac_init_config()
derives that by looking at the device-tree and sets the required
dev->phy_mode accordingly.

During review, the Sashiko bot's AI stated that the commac assignment
became a dead store. Great catch! To keep the original behavior as-is,
one mentioned option "set dev->commac.ops = &emac_commac_ops only in
the non-gige case?" sounded like a great plan. So the dev->commac.ops
assignment for the non-gige-case moves into the else block.

This patch was tested on a WD MyBook Live (RGMII). the device now works again.

Since commit 413f0271f396 ("net: protect NAPI enablement with
netdev_lock()"), napi_enable() and napi_disable() take netdev_lock().

mal_register_commac() and mal_unregister_commac() call these helpers
while holding mal->lock with interrupts disabled. In the unregister
path, napi_disable() may also wait for polling to finish, while the poll
completion path takes mal->lock.

Take netdev_lock() before mal->lock, use the locked NAPI helpers, and
drop mal->lock before napi_disable_locked().

The IBM eHEA (Ethernet Host Ethernet Adapter) driver has been orphaned
since April 2024 with no active maintainer. The hardware was last
supported on IBM POWER7 systems which reached end-of-support in
December 2020. The driver has received no functional updates since
October 2022, with all subsequent changes being mechanical API
migrations affecting the entire kernel tree.

A search of lore.kernel.org for the last 24 months reveals no user
reports, no objections to the orphan status, and no maintenance
discussions indicating active hardware deployment.

The code is preserved in git history and can be restored if a
maintainer steps forward to take ownership.

Move devm_request_irq() after devm_platform_ioremap_resource() so that
dev->emacp is mapped before the interrupt handler can fire. An early
interrupt hitting emac_irq() would dereference the NULL dev->emacp and
crash.

Also remove redundant error message. devm_platform_ioremap_resource()
already returns an error message with dev_err_probe().

ehea_create_device_sysfs() creates probe_port and then remove_port. If
the second device_create_file() fails, the helper returns the error but
leaves probe_port installed even though probe treats the sysfs setup as
failed.

Remove probe_port on the remove_port creation failure path so the helper
leaves no partial sysfs state behind.
