Up until this patch, the only protocol change supported was between
1000Base-X/SGMII and 2500Base-X. The others require an RCW override
procedure which was lacking.

Since now the guts driver provides the means of applying this procedure,
make use of it and remove any comment which mentioned the limitation.

The CR port is a simple 16-bit data/address parallel port that is
accessed through 32-bit MMIO registers for on-chip access to the
control registers inside the USB 3.0 femtoPHY. Add control register
regmap and export these registers by debugfs to help PHY's diagnostic.

Introduce a driver for the networking lanes of the 10G Lynx SerDes
block, present on the majority of Layerscape and QorIQ (Freescale/NXP)
SoCs.

As with the 28G Lynx, the SerDes lanes come pre-initialized out of
reset and the consumers use them that way outside the Generic PHY
framework (for networking, the static configuration remains for the
entire SoC lifetime, whereas for SATA and PCIe, the hardware
reconfigures itself automatically for other link speeds).

The need for the Generic PHY framework comes specifically for networking
use cases where a static lane configuration is not sufficient. For
example a network MAC is connected to an SFP cage, where various SFP or
SFP+ modules can be connected. Each of them may require a different
SerDes protocol (SGMII, 1000Base-X, 10GBase-R), which phylink + sfp-bus
are responsible of figuring out. The phylink drivers are:
- enetc
- felix
- dpaa_eth (fman_memac)
- dpaa2-eth
- dpaa2-switch

and they all need to reconfigure the SerDes for the requested link mode,
using phy_set_mode_ext() (and phy_validate() to see if it is supported
in the first place).

Note that SerDes 2 on LS1088A is exclusively non-networking, so there is
currently no need for this driver. Therefore we skip matching on its
compatible string and do not probe on that device.

Do some preparation work for the introduction of the lynx-10g driver,
which will share a common backbone with the 28G Lynx SerDes.

This is just trivial stuff which can be moved without any surgery, and
is easy to follow but otherwise pollutes more serious changes.

The lane modes themselves are exported to a public header, because on
the 10G Lynx, the hardware requires implementing a procedure called
"RCW override". This requires coordination with drivers/soc/fsl/guts.c
to tell it that a SerDes lane needs to be switched to a different
protocol (enum lynx_lane_mode).

The i.MX95 USB3 phy has a Type-C Assist block (TCA). This block consists
two functional blocks (XBar assist and VBus assist) and one system
access interface using APB.

The primary functionality of XBar assist is:
- switching lane for flip
- moving unused lanes into lower power states.

This info can be get from:
i.MX95 RM Chapter 163.3.8 Type-C assist (TCA) block.

This will add support for TCA block to achieve lane switching and tca
lower power functionality.

This adds the driver for the Samsung HDMI PHY found on the
i.MX8MP SoC. Based on downstream implementation from
Sandor Yu <Sandor.yu@nxp.com>. According to the TRM, the PHY
receives parallel data from the link and serializes it. It
also sets the PLL clock needed for the TX serializer.

Freescale Layerscape Lynx 28G SerDes PHYs are only present on
Freescale/NXP Layerscape SoCs.

Move PHY_FSL_LYNX_28G outside the block for ARCH_MXC, as the latter
is meant for i.MX8 SoCs, which is a different family than Layerscape.
Add a dependency on ARCH_LAYERSCAPE, to prevent asking the user about
this driver when configuring a kernel without Layerscape SoC support.
