usb: typec: mux: tusb1046: add missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE()

The driver has an OF match table wired to .of_match_table, but does not export the table with MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE(). Add the missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE(of, ...) entry so module alias information is generated for OF based module autoloading. This is a source-level fix. It does not claim dynamic hardware reproduction; the evidence is the driver-owned match table, its use by the platform driver, and the missing module alias publication. usb: typec: ps883x: Fix DP+USB3 configuration

Commit 6bebd9b77726 ("usb: typec: ps883x: Rework ps883x_set()") introduced two regressions: 1. The CONN_STATUS_0_USB_3_1_CONNECTED bit is mistakenly written to the wrong configuration register (cfg1 instead of cfg0). This breaks USB3 when using USB3+DP adapters. 2. The switch-case fallthrough block is inverted: Currently, TYPEC_DP_STATE_C (DP-only) inherits the USB3 configuration, while TYPEC_DP_STATE_D (DP+USB3) is missing the necessary DP sink flags. Fix these by writing the USB3 bit to the correct register and swapping the case statement order so both states get their correct bits assigned. usb: typec: Use named initializers for arrays of i2c_device_data

While being less compact, using named initializers allows to more easily see which members of the structs are assigned which value without having to lookup the declaration of the struct. And it's also more robust against changes to the struct definition. The mentioned robustness is relevant for a planned change to struct i2c_device_id that replaces .driver_data by an anonymous union. While touching all these arrays, unify usage of whitespace in the list terminator. This patch doesn't modify the compiled arrays, only their representation in source form benefits. The former was confirmed with x86 and arm64 builds. usb: typec: mux: ps883x: Power the retimer off when not in use

When there's nothing going through the retimer, there's no reason to keep it online. Put it in reset when possible to save power. Also, remove the register cache-compare optimization as it makes little sense now that the chip resets during almost all transitions and tracking the validity of that cache becomes a headache.
