drivers: base: test: Enable device model tests with KUNIT_ALL_TESTS
Per commit bebe94b53eb7 ("drivers: base: default KUNIT_* fragments to KUNIT_ALL_TESTS"), it seems like we should default to KUNIT_ALL_TESTS.
