[ARM] S3C: Export s3c_gpio_cfgpin and s3c_gpio_setpull for modules
Add an export of the two GPIO configuration calls
s3c_gpio_cfgpin and s3c_gpio_setpull to allow modules
to use them (such as ASoC drivers)
