MAINTAINERS: rust: dma: add scatterlist files
Rename the "DMA MAPPING HELPERS DEVICE DRIVER API [RUST]" maintainers
entry to "DMA MAPPING & SCATTERLIST API [RUST]" and add the
corresponding scatterlist files.
