ARM: shmobile: defconfig: Drop useless CONFIG_USB_RCAR_PHY=y
The Renesas R-Car (Gen1) USB PHY driver (which is being removed) does
not support DT, and is thus useless in a Renesas ARM multi-platform
kernel.
