wifi: ath12k: Add support to simulate firmware crash
Add debugfs support to simulate firmware crash to test firmware restart.
Usage:

echo assert > /sys/kernel/debug/ath12k/pci-0000\:58\:00.0/simulate_fw_crash
Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.4.1-00199-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1
