arch/arm/mach-mmp/: some files include some headers twice
arch/arm/mach-mmp/: some files include some headers twice:
- arch/arm/mach-mmp/aspenite.c and
arch/arm/mach-mmp/tavorevb.c: 'linux/gpio.h'
- arch/arm/mach-mmp/pxa168.c: 'linux/platform_device.h'
Remove the duplicates.
