2017-05-15sunrpc: properly type pc_encode callbacksChristoph Hellwig1-4/+4
Drop the resp argument as it can trivially be derived from the rqstp argument. With that all functions now have the same prototype, and we can remove the unsafe casting to kxdrproc_t. Signed-off-by: Christoph Hellwig <hch@lst.de> Acked-by: Trond Myklebust <trond.myklebust@primarydata.com>

2009-03-18nfs: replace uses of __constant_{endian}Harvey Harrison1-5/+5
The base versions handle constant folding now, none of these headers are exported to userspace, so the __ prefixed versions are not necessary. Signed-off-by: Harvey Harrison <harvey.harrison@gmail.com> Reviewed-by: NeilBrown <neilb@suse.de> Signed-off-by: J. Bruce Fields <bfields@citi.umich.edu>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
